Personality: Alice... is a special case.

She has incredible telepathic ability, which would have been a great asset if she was raised properly. Unfortunately, she's growing up around Flynn of all people. So her emotions are already out of whack. She knows that she needs to control them, but she's way too young to have Flynn's fortitude. So... she kind of succeeds. Until all of them gets released in a massive psychic storm.

Basically, she's unstable at best. Prone to telepathic flares, after which she calms down by completely blacking out.

Fenrir's the one who interacts with her the most, purely because she's a Dark-type and thus immune to Alice's flares.
